ARCHITECTURAL INTERMEDIATE DESIGNER - Los Angeles

TCA is looking for an Intermediate Designer who is passionate about design and able to find unique solutions to sometimes difficult urban sites. The successful candidate will work as part of a team, using design skills to turn ideas into reality. Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit and Adobe Suite is required for quickly generating concept sketches for multi‑family, hospitality and mixed‑use projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications Strong design and form‑giving skills required 3–5 years of architectural experience, ideally 2–3 years in multi‑family design Proficient in SketchUp, Revit and Adobe Suite Able to create architectural designs and concepts through hand sketching and drafting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship
Education Bachelor's in Architecture required Ideally started on the path to licensure
Position Location The Intermediate Designer will be located in our downtown Los Angeles office. We offer a hybrid schedule of working three days in the office and Thursday–Friday from home.
Salary Range $38.50 – $43.00 per hour ($80,080 – $89,440 per year)
