
Job Description
Perform Coupa core configuration including changes to meet localization requirements
Manage different Coupa module deployments and application support
Perform incident triaging, root cause analysis, perform configuration changes and collaborate with Coupa Support (including escalations) to resolve issues
Implement major and minor enhancements in Coupa to meet specific business needs
Collaborate with business stakeholders, E2E system/IT architects of client teams as needed
Manage Coupa Releases and instance refreshes, including Release planning, readiness, impact analysis and regression testing
Manage Coupa integrations (both File-based and API), including integration configuration, monitoring and error handling
Explore avenues for automating Coupa processes and implement them to improve operational productivity

Skills and Requirements
Experience with multiple projects supporting Coupa (2+ projects)
3+ years of experience with Coupa (most profiles are Ariba with about 1 year with coupa)
Experience with Coupa P2P
Experience with Coupa Core Administration
Knowledge of Coupa SIM module
Knowledge of Invoice Smash (in Twitch they use this message)
Beyond the in-scope skills and activities, the client expects a candidate who is proactive, communicates clearly, and is reliably available during the PST shift, responds promptly with timely updates, works independently with minimal supervision, takes ownership (including stepping into new initiatives/enhancements), maintains strong ticket hygiene, and is self-driven and motivated. Have to work collaboratively with team members and want updates. - Coupa Analytics Experience
Stakeholder engagement and good communication (working with suppliers directly)
