We are looking for UI/UX Design Volunteers who are passionate about creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. This is a great opportunity to apply your design skills in a real-world project, collaborate with an innovative global team, and build a strong portfolio in product and interface design.
Your Contributions (What You’ll Do):
Design User Interfaces → Create clean, responsive, and attractive interfaces for our recruitment platform.
Enhance User Experience → Map user journeys, design intuitive workflows, and ensure accessibility.
Collaborate With Developers & Automation Team → Work closely with those building the backend automations to ensure smooth integration between design and functionality.
Prototype & Test → Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Iterate & Improve → Gather feedback, analyze usability, and refine designs to make them more effective.
Who We’re Looking For (Ideal Volunteer):
You have a passion for UI/UX design and want to make digital experiences easy and enjoyable.
Experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
Understanding of user-centered design principles.
Ability to translate ideas into clean and functional designs.
Strong eye for detail and creativity.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate with a diverse global team.
