What You’ll Do: Manage a diverse middle market commercial book across multiple industries. Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, and day-to-day client service. Support producers in both retention and new business initiatives. Deliver proactive, accurate, and timely service to clients.
What You’ll Bring: Minimum 3 years of commercial lines account management experience. Broad understanding of commercial coverages and carrier markets. Strong communication, organizational, and service skills.
