We’re seeking an experienced, design-savvy Showroom Manager to lead a Miami showroom and serve as a brand ambassador for a highly regarded lifestyle brand. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of luxury design, client relationships, and commercial performance.
As Showroom Manager, you’ll own the showroom’s sales results, profitability, and day‑to‑day operations, while cultivating an elevated, welcoming experience for both clients and team members. You’ll lead by example on the floor, mentor and motivate your team, and build lasting relationships with designers, architects, and discerning clients in the Miami market.
What You’ll Do
Drive showroom sales, profitability, and service excellence, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Create an exceptional, design‑forward client experience that reflects the brand’s values and aesthetic
Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing showroom team
Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and brand standards
Build strong relationships with the A&D community and key trade partners
Act as a trusted expert on the brand’s collections, positioning, and value in the market
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; Design or Architecture background strongly preferred
10+ years of experience in high‑end furniture or luxury design sales
Demonstrated track record of sales success in a premium or trade‑focused environment
Deep understanding of the high‑end design market and client expectations
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance creativity and commercial goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
