Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating processes and ensuring adherence to guidelines
Excellent Communication abilities to engage with stakeholders and resolve compliance‑related concerns
Familiarity with affordable housing programs and regulations is preferred
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to collaborate with a team and work effectively in an on‑site environment
Relevant professional experience or educational background in fields such as property management, compliance, or legal studies
