Company Description American Nutrition Alliance (Amnutal) is on a mission to improve health outcomes with food. Amnutal was founded by a group of healthcare executives, medical and nutrition professionals recognizing the complexity of dietary intervention and food as medicine point solutions. Amnutal's mission is to align various stakeholders and partners to provide an efficient and complete "food as medicine" continuum.

Role Description We are seeking a highly organized, empathetic, and enthusiastic community engagement team member to support nutrition and food programs for Medicaid members in New York. This team member will be a part of the growth and outreach team and will work across Medicaid members, care navigators, community-based organizations, SCNs (social care networks), and clinical providers.

This position is critical to supporting our community efforts to ensure we meet the nutritional and health care needs of New Yorkers.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Community-Based Organizations (CBOs).

Manage partnerships with Social Care Network programs.

Conduct outreach to and provide support for Care Navigators.

Engage with community stakeholders to locate and assist members.

Operational & Documentation Support

Provide daily operational support in collaboration with the operations team.

Document all outreach activities accurately within the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Collaborate with the manager to track, document, and report on weekly progress.

Marketing & Education Coordination

Support marketing and educational initiatives directed at Social Care Network stakeholders.

Coordinate community outreach efforts with the marketing team.

Qualifications

This role is based in the New York City area and requires the ability to travel throughout New York state as needed.

The position is remote (work-from-home) but requires up to 50% of the time to be spent in-person across New York City meeting with Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), care navigators, Social Care Networks (SCNs), and clinical providers.

Candidates must have reliable transportation or a method to travel to meetings within New York City and be willing to travel across New York state.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, Social Work, or Clinical Care (e.g., Nutrition).

Proven experience utilizing CRM systems, specifically Zoho CRM.Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.

The ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.

Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Google Workplace.

You are a registered dietitian or other clinician, such as a nurse

Have experience working in social care and social work settings

You have experience working with fast-paced startups.

You have a masters or advanced degree in nutrition, public health, or clinical care
