What You’ll Do
Create a positive, memorable customer experience at every touchpoint
Greet customers, document vehicle concerns, and recommend services
Build long-term relationships through honesty and transparency
Present estimates and confidently close sales
Communicate effectively between customers and technicians
Maintain strong working relationships with service technicians
Help uphold the shop’s reputation for integrity and high-quality work
What We’re Looking For ? High School Diploma or GED required ? Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR ?
At least 1+ year of Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience
(or closely related role) ?
1+ year of sales experience
or proven ability to sell and lead ? Strong communication and customer service skills ? Team-oriented mindset with respect for technicians and coworkers ? Commitment to delivering outstanding service and building customer trust
