Job Description Primary Function of Position The Sr Marketing Strategy Analyst will partner closely with Marketing leadership to analyze complex business challenges, providing strategic, data-driven insights that directly influence critical business decisions. The Sr Analyst will build strong, strategic business partner relationships with key marketing leaders across various clinical verticals.

This role works extensively with large, dynamic datasets to support marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and evaluating program impact. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, enabling them to consolidate disparate data sources, identify critical business drivers, and effectively communicate insights to senior marketing stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive understanding of key business drivers and leverage data to deliver actionable insights.

Proactively manage relationships with VP and Director-level business partners, providing ad-hoc analytical support and high-quality presentations at all organizational levels.

Create scalable analytical tools and dashboards to enhance business insight capabilities and drive continuous improvement.

Utilize advanced analytical and visualization tools, particularly SQL and Tableau, to synthesize and present data clearly and effectively.

Clearly articulate and confidently defend data-driven recommendations and strategic positions.

Contribute actively to collaborative cross‑functional brainstorming sessions, demonstrating enthusiasm for data exploration and innovation.

Help develop junior analysts through ongoing coaching, feedback and knowledge sharing.

Integrate customer leads and attendee data with internal systems for analysis and reporting

Qualifications Required Skills and Experience

5+ years of relevant analytical experience

Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and consolidation.

Advanced proficiency with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development.

Strong problem‑solving skills with demonstrated ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.

Innate curiosity and capability to interpret data within business contexts, identifying trends, anomalies, and nuanced insights.

Self‑driven and resourceful, capable of independently identifying solutions, obtaining resources, and sharing knowledge proactively.Proven ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently with high attention to detail.

This role requires working onsite in our Peachtree Corners, GA office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week

Required Education and Training

Minimum Bachelor's degree in data science, business, finance, marketing (with strong analytics coursework), or related field; Master's is a plus

We provide market‑competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target base compensation ranges are listed.

Base Compensation Range Region 1:

$129,600 USD - $186,400 USD

Base Compensation Range Region 2:

$110,200 USD - $158,400 USD
