What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for Intrafusion services within the East Region

Identify and qualify new business opportunities with specialty practices, hospitals, and integrated delivery networks

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians and executives

Present tailored solutions and negotiate complex sales agreements to ensure client satisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of services and maintain accurate sales records

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business development or sales within the healthcare industry

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

5-7 years of successful business development or sales experience in specialty drug, RCM, or infusion services

Strong understanding of the specialty drug landscape and healthcare reimbursement models

Ability to travel extensively within the East Region (approximately 60%)
