Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
Microsoft office experience, preferred
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will display excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information through speech and writing, problem solving skills, conflict resolution, high level of attention to detail, process adherence, and process improvement
Conflict resolution with customers/providers is vital in this seat.
The ability to work independently and as a team.
