Job Description SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION The purpose of the Business Development Executive position is to generate revenue by activating prospective company leaders that utilize Staffing which currently have hiring needs. This position requires a daily focus on developing direct business relationships and solutions for the HR, Operations and or the Direct Hiring Management team of the prospective company. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY A Business Development Executive is responsible for fully understanding the client’s needs, budgets, projects, service expectations and determining whether D-Skilled Staffing associates can meet those needs while services are delivered within the required time frame meeting the customers’ standard service expectations. Mon- Fri 8-5 in office and field visits Some of the other duties the Sales Account Executive is responsible for include: Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets, and timelines Meeting with other executives to discuss clients’ project goals, progress, and outcomes Developing budgets and timelines for clients and the company they work for Reporting and recording all sales activities in a web-based CRM system Schedule a minimum of 10 direct connects a week via email- phone and in person Qualifying inbound leads and prospects via phone, appointment, and email Organizing regular client meetings to ensure excellent customer service Prospecting new sales by cold calling businesses Holding virtual demonstrations with an end goal of earning a prospect’s business Preparing and presenting proposals and bids Negotiating terms and conditions with clients Collaborating with key decision makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results Uncovering and understanding a company’s needs Attending trade shows and hosting customer events Prepare address locations territory and surrounding areas if not given Market a minimum of 40 direct connections per day via face-to-face meetings, phone communications or via email with responding communications depending on the location area and time. Complete daily sales report by recording specific information, messages, calendar invites, email conversations for each company into our Temp Works sales CRM database Attend weekly Mandatory meetings and sales training as required All business cards information should be entered into and updated in the system with appropriate categories and then filed away in card book- this information should be left in the office weekly. Assist operations with any customer support duties at the request of the management team as needed. Business Development Executive are expected to generate a minimum of 1 New business account per week or with a minimum of 4 per month on average.
