Overview

A Product Manager (PM) defines the product strategy, roadmap, and features, coordinating the entire lifecycle from conception to market launch. They work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to solve customer pain points, drive business goals, and analyze product performance. Responsibilities

Product Definition: Create detailed product requirements documents (PRD) and prioritize features. Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead development teams, marketing, and sales to launch products effectively. Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to measure product performance and drive improvements. Lifecycle Management: Manage the product from ideation to end-of-life, including pricing and positioning. Workable +5 Strategy & Vision: Define the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals. Market Research: Conduct user research and analyze competitors to identify pain points and market opportunities. Qualifications

Communication: Strong communication skills for sharing insights, managing stakeholders, and resolving conflicts. Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in data analysis to guide decisions. Technical Understanding: Ability to work closely with engineering teams. Leadership: Ability to motivate teams to meet project goals and deadlines. Experience: Often requires experience in product development, project management, or a related industry.
