Subject matter expert on U.S. Armed Forces fielded Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Programs. Possess experience and a current working knowledge of DoD Acquisition process and DoD Directive 5000.1, the Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS), and Army Air and Missile Defense Combat Developments process. Possess experience with the U.S. Army Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process, acquisition and procurement business processes, and U.S. Armed Forces Service cultures to align strategic objectives and capture strategies. As the Business Development Principal you will be responsible for driving growth across the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) portfolio. You will partner with program management, engineering, and technology groups to translate customer needs into actionable business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Assessing customer capability gaps and championing advanced technology solutions. Identifying, validating, and pursuing new business opportunities within the IAMD lines of business. Developing and executing capture plans that align with U.S. Army and joint acquisition strategies. Coordinating with the Army Portfolio Acquisition Executive, AAMDC staffs, and other stakeholders to synchronize long‑range strategic plans.
