What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for Intrafusion services
Identify and qualify new business opportunities with specialty practices and healthcare systems
Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders
Conduct needs assessments to tailor Intrafusion solutions to client challenges
Negotiate and close sales agreements that benefit both the client and the employer
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business development or sales in the healthcare industry
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to travel extensively within the East Region
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
5‑7 years of experience specifically in specialty drug, RCM, or infusion services
Strong understanding of the specialty drug landscape and healthcare reimbursement models
Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
