Compensation $125,000 – $150,000+ per year (uncapped commission)

Position Overview As a

Home Buying Specialist / Real Estate Acquisitions Manager

, you will be responsible for converting motivated seller leads into signed purchase agreements. This is a consultative, high-velocity sales role requiring strong phone skills, in-person closing ability, and disciplined follow-up.

Real estate experience is NOT required — strong sales ability is.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound motivated seller leads

Negotiate and secure property purchase contracts

Conduct in-person seller appointments and property walkthroughs

Build rapport quickly and uncover seller motivation

Perform consistent follow-up (50+ calls/day typical)

Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline management

Attend local networking and marketing events as needed

Provide daily activity and performance reporting

Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas

Collaborate with a fast-paced acquisitions team

✅ What We’re Looking For Required:

Proven track record in

sales, inside sales, or outside sales

Strong closing skills (phone and in person)

Excellent communication and rapport-building ability

Highly driven, competitive, and results-oriented

Comfortable working in a quota-driven environment

Organized with strong CRM discipline

Clean background check

Full-time availability

Preferred (not required):

Real estate sales or acquisitions experience

Experience in high-ticket sales, consultative sales, or B2C sales

Familiarity with investor or distressed property conversations
