Position Overview : Under the direction of the General Manager of Operations, this position applies interpersonal skills and expert level knowledge of continuous improvement to manage projects, improve business processes, increase customer satisfaction, and elevate business results. Duties include working on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. The Retail Operations Continuous Improvement Manager will exercise significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. The position will lead and/or provide expertise to multi-function teams throughout the organization while effectively communicating project status back to the executive leadership team.
