As the Global Campaign Strategy Leader, you will architect and execute our flagship integrated marketing campaign efforts, positioning our company as the premier AI services partner for the Global 2000. This is a high‑visibility role requiring a blend of strategic vision, interpersonal acumen, technical fluency in Artificial Intelligence, and the operational excellence to orchestrate a full‑funnel, multi‑region campaign across a matrixed organization. You will work with SMEs across critical delivery teams like Brand, Content Strategy, Creative, Technology Marketing, Field Marketing, Web, Analytics and others to deliver multiple activations of year‑round campaigns across all regions.

This is a hands‑on role that blends strategic thinking with lean execution. We’re looking for a high‑performing, analytical self‑starter who can drive impactful campaigns—and help evolve our integrated campaign operating model for the AI era.

Key responsibilities

Cross‑Functional Leadership:

Serve as the "connective tissue" between Brand, Content Strategy, Creative, Technology Marketing, Field Marketing, Web, Analytics, Communications, Partner Marketing, GCC Marketing, Sales Enablement and the collective Marketing Leadership Team (MLT).

Strategic Orchestration:

working with MLT sponsors, lead the overarching global campaign strategy, ensuring alignment between AI service offerings and the business imperatives of Global 2000 C‑Suite leaders. Work alongside SMEs to ensure full team alignment and comprehensive approach.

Full‑Funnel Execution:

working with functional leads, drive the design and deployment of integrated tactics across the entire buyer journey, incorporating brand, thought leadership (research/whitepapers), AI capability awareness, demand generation, and account‑based marketing (ABM). Key deliverables: Campaign strategy, customer journeys, nurture strategy, coordination with all related Field Marketing programs for a holistic view of global campaign to regional program execution

Budget & Resource Management:

working with Media and Campaign Operations focals, lead a multi‑million dollar global budget, optimizing spend across channels (digital, events, paid media, and PR) to maximize ROI and marketing‑attributed pipeline.

Performance Analytics:

alongside the global analytics and insights team, establish global KPIs and real‑time dashboards to track campaign health (including ad and asset performance, media channel performance, business vs. IT audience response), lead velocity, and contribution to the AI services revenue goal.

Localization Oversight:

partnering with regional marketing leads, ensure the global "AI Services" narrative is verticalized and localized for nuance in EMEA, APAC, and the Americas while maintaining brand consistency and leveraging partner marketing funds where applicable.

Overall Integrated Team Leadership:

working with your lead project manager, own and manage our integrated campaign pod, which supports this global campaign across all key functions. Includes meeting management, team communications and the "face of the campaign."

Qualifications

Track Record:

Proven success in launching global, integrated campaigns that have delivered measurable impact on a $1B+ business line.

Executive Presence:

Ability to influence and advise C‑suite stakeholders and manage complex, multi‑functional project teams without direct authority.

Subject Matter Expertise:

Understanding of the AI/ML landscape, including Generative AI, Legacy Modernization, Data Engineering, and the professional services model.

The ideal candidate

10+ years B2B Marketing experience; with minimum 5 years in roles in Campaign Strategy

Need for leadership, B2B marketing expertise, global campaign strategy expertise

Preferred working experience in the US; agency experience preferred

Personal charisma and patience, someone who truly enjoys working with people individually and in groups

Has deep curiosity about technology and business.

Is committed to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends and shifts.

Is emotionally intelligent, with a knack for building strong relationships across a matrixed organization.

Is a great verbal and written communicator, able to distill complex ideas into compelling presentations and other storytelling touchpoints.

Is proficient in all Microsoft Office tools and software, Adobe Suite, including AEM and Firefly, and GenAI tools.

BS/BA degree; MBA preferred

Salary and Other Compensation Applications will be accepted until March 25.2026.

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
