At Presidio, we’re at the forefront of a global technology revolution, transforming industries through cutting‑edge digital solutions and next‑generation AI. We empower businesses—and their customers—to achieve more through innovation, automation, and intelligent insights.
The Role: Technology Strategy Manager, Digital Job Summary The Technology Strategist serves as the senior delivery and technical‑strategy lead for a multi‑phase AI Platform SRE transformation. This role owns alignment between business objectives, reliability targets, architecture decisions, and execution across a 12‑month transition from vendor‑led to client‑owned operations. The Strategist partners with executive stakeholders, SRE leadership, and architects to define success criteria, guide operating model adoption, oversee phased handoffs, and ensure measurable progress toward automation, reliability, and operational independence.

Own end‑state SRE operating model definition and phased adoption
Guide architectural and tooling decisions to balance innovation with operational stability
Serve as primary escalation point for cross‑team technical and delivery risks
Facilitate executive alignment, design sign‑offs, and phase exit approvals
Ensure success metrics (availability, automation coverage, MTTR, FinOps targets) are defined and tracked
Coordinate with Solution Owner, Principal Architect, and DevOps Architect to maintain coherence across workstreams
Support client capability building through structured shadowing, guided operations, and transition milestones
Provide strategic oversight for Innovation POD activation and outcomes
Required Skills and Professional Experience
