We are hiring a Bilingual Order Coordinator to provide sales and order support for our Sales Managers in our Hospitality Division. This will support North America and Latin America. In this role you will: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, mail or social media. Update customer/account information in SFDC during and after each call Respond and route website leads in SFDC Close quotes in SFDC once purchase orders are received Collaborate with RSM and ISR entering tasks, calls, and activity via SFDC Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingual - Must be fluent in Spanish and English Familiar with product structure, bill of materials, routers, prints, etc. Strong organizational and communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze a situation and define a solution. Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Salesforce or similar CRM platform Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar video conferencing platforms
