Overview Own the product strategy and roadmap for loyalty transformation initiatives, aligning customer experience objectives with business growth goals.

Lead loyalty program redesign and replatforming efforts, defining requirements, user stories, and future-state architecture. Translate business needs into scalable product capabilities using Salesforce Loyalty best practices (tiers, rules, promotions, and point structures).

Develop ROI models, business cases, and value realization frameworks to measure program performance and financial impact, including CLV, purchase frequency, and engagement metrics.

Partner with engineering, UX, data, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated loyalty capabilities across the Salesforce ecosystem (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud).

Conduct market and customer research to inform personalization strategies, omnichannel engagement, and future product direction, while evaluating emerging loyalty technologies.

Required Experience

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management, including design, configuration, implementation, or solution architecture.

Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and how loyalty integrates across the broader CRM and customer journey.

Proven experience designing or optimizing loyalty programs within retail or e-commerce environments, including omnichannel integration (digital, in-store, mobile).

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience building and presenting business cases for loyalty transformation to senior stakeholders.
