Role Summary The Product Lead – Lead Management is responsible for owning the vision, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise Lead Management capabilities across marketing and sales ecosystems. This role drives modernization of the end‑to‑end lead lifecycle, partners with cross‑functional stakeholders, and ensures delivery of scalable, data‑driven solutions that improve lead quality, conversion, and velocity.

Key Responsibilities

Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Lead Management platforms

Lead end‑to‑end lead lifecycle transformation (creation, qualification, routing, conversion, reporting)

Define and govern lead definitions, lifecycle stages, SLAs, routing rules, and qualification criteria

Identify modernization opportunities including automation, AI‑based scoring, enrichment, and omnichannel capture

Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and MVPs

Partner with engineering and platform teams to ensure high‑quality, scalable delivery

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Data, and Technology stakeholders

Track and optimize KPIs such as lead quality, conversion rates, velocity, and SLA adherence

Drive adoption through enablement, documentation, and change management

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business/Product Consulting

Strong experience in Lead Management, Sales Funnel, or Marketing Operations

Combination of domain Marketing Automation platforms Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM Sales domain.

Hands‑on experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models

Proven ability to lead enterprise‑scale transformation initiatives

Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Experience with CRM / MarTech platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, CDP, Marketing Automation)

Exposure to AI‑driven lead scoring, enrichment, and decisioning

Experience in Marketing or Sales Transformation programs

Background in Financial Services or regulated industries (nice to have)

Improved lead quality and conversion rates

Reduced lead cycle time and manual effort

High adoption across marketing and sales teams

Measurable business impact aligned to product outcomes

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 112,000 to 139,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
