Our client, a leader in innovative building products, ideally is seeking a dynamic

National Business Development Manager, ideally "located on the West Coast, " to spearhead growth in new products, channels, and target regions. This role is key to expanding market presence, more specifically on the West Coast, for exciting product lines in Luxury High End Fence and window products , developing strategies across Custom builders, Architects , specifically, and pull through lumberyard, e-commerce, and home center channels. Experience in Fence, Decking and Railing a plus, You’ll own the strategic plan, lead execution, and ensure sales goals are exceeded—building relationships with top builders, architects, and industry influencers while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver winning results. Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales and profit goals. Identify and define new market, product, and channel opportunities supported by data-driven analysis. Develop and execute annual business plans, including detailed sales forecasts by customer and SKU. Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, from builders to architectural firms. Act as primary liaison between customers and internal teams—marketing, manufacturing, operations, and customer service. Lead high-impact sales presentations and product training sessions. Represent the company at industry associations, trade shows, and conventions. Oversee competitive analysis, pricing programs, and rebate structures to maximize profitability. Provide dotted-line leadership to regional and territory sales teams, ensuring alignment with channel strategies. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of outside sales management experience in the building/construction industry. Proven success developing and executing channel strategies. Strong track record of building high-value relationships with decision-makers. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and project management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer
