We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Manager to lead our RV sales team, drive performance, and build a culture of accountability and success. This is not a desk-manager-only role. We want a leader who coaches on the floor, closes deals, develops talent, and pushes for consistent growth. What You’ll Do
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals Desk deals and close when needed Drive gross profit and unit volume Monitor KPIs and hold the team accountable Recruit and develop top sales talent Ensure an exceptional customer experience What We’re Looking For
5+ years of dealership sales management experience in Auto, RV, or Marine Proven closing and negotiation skills Track record of increasing volume and profitability Strong leadership presence with high integrity CRM and desking experience Willingness to work late evenings and weekends as needed in a retail environment What We Offer
