
Billing Analyst/Customer Service- Central Commissions

This position will support the Central Commissions Manager with travel agent payments/billings and related customer service inquiries. This position works closely with management, accounts payable and franchisees to ensure accurate processing of travel agent commissions. Process manual commission payments and billings Monitor payments to ensure accurate and timely commission processing. This includes working with our corporate AP and Treasury departments. Take calls and answer emails regarding commissions from travel agents and our franchisees Serve as contact point for internal and external inquiries regarding travel agent commissions Research commission inquiries and provide resolution Maintain accurate travel agent contact and payment information Educate franchisees on travel agent commission and travel agent inquiry processes Work on special projects as needed Qualifications
2+ years customer service and or finance/accounting experience Bachelor's Degree in Business or any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge required Must have experience in Excel (Basic formulas, Pivot tables and Vlookups) Must be able to make judgment calls regarding the resolution of issues Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities effectively in order to meet deadlines Demonstrate ability to effectively work with all levels within the company, including executive management Multi-task on competing priorities which are all deadline sensitive Strong verbal and written communication skills Oracle, MicroStrategy, and SPE experience a plus Hotel/hospitality experience a plus Disclaimer
