We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial-minded Sales and Business Development Manager to drive the next phase of our expansion in the Texas Gulf Coast and Hill Country regions. We are a team of passionate hospitality and real estate professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests and unparalleled returns for our homeowners. The Role: We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle and expand our portfolio of managed properties. This is not just a lead generation role; you will be a key player in our growth story, responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with property owners, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the short-term rental industry, ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and business development strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets.

Identify, research, and target prospective property owners and real estate investors through a variety of channels, including inbound leads, outbound campaigns, and networking.

Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead to close, including initial contact, qualification, property analysis, contract negotiation, and onboarding.

Build and nurture a strong referral network with real estate agents, developers, and other industry stakeholders.

Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM (GoHighLevel).

Collaborate with the management and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new homeowners.

Represent the company at industry events and in the local community, acting as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the short-term rental, vacation rental, or property management industry.

A strong understanding of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.

Experience in our target markets (Bolivar Peninsula, Freeport, Surfside, San Antonio, Texas Hill Country) is a significant Plus.

Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

Hands-on experience with CRM software (GoHighLevel is a strong plus).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of your results.

Must have a reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
