As a Senior Strategist, you will operate as a
thought leader, challenger, and sparring partner
to deal leads and senior client executives. You will frame CEO‑level narratives, re‑shape client problem statements into bold strategic bets, and help unlock differentiated value across strategy, technology, operations, and transformation.
Responsibilities
Frame CEO‑level narratives: Define stakes, strategic choices, and value creation paths
Challenge the status quo: Reframe opportunities and unlock bigger plays
Shape deal strategy: Lead storyline development, commercial logic, and executive messaging
Be a thought partner: Spar with account leaders and influence key client conversations

Qualifications & Experience
10‑15+ years of experience in strategy consulting or strategic pursuits, corporate strategy, or complex deal shaping environments
Proven ability to operate credibly at C‑suite level, influencing senior decision‑makers
Track record of shaping narratives that shift executive direction
Experience working on large, multi‑service, and multi‑geography deals is strongly preferred
Exceptional ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear strategic choices
Strong commercial intuition and systems thinking – understanding how markets, clients, capabilities, and ecosystems interact
Comfort challenging assumptions and reframing entrenched perspectives
Outstanding storytelling and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to synthesize complex inputs into compelling, executive‑ready narratives

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $170,000 to $280,000
