We are seeking a highly organized and detail?driven
Asset Spend Analyst
to support the oversight, financial stewardship, and lifecycle management of critical technology assets. This role plays a key part in ensuring that assets are accurately tracked, appropriately aligned with operational needs, and optimized for cost efficiency. In this role, the Asset Spend Analyst will analyze complex usage and billing data, maintain accurate asset inventories, and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve spend performance. The analyst will work closely with finance, procurement, and technology teams to uphold standards, maintain compliance, and deliver insights that strengthen financial planning and operational alignment. Key Responsibilities
Monitor, analyze, and reconcile asset?related expenditures across the organization. Maintain accurate asset inventory records by aligning financial systems, internal tools, and vendor reporting within ServiceNow. Review account activity, billing details, and usage patterns to identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities. Support budgeting, forecasting, and spend?planning activities related to asset lifecycle operations. Partner with procurement, finance, and technology stakeholders to ensure adherence to policies and cost?control processes. Coordinate with external vendors on account adjustments, service?level changes, escalations, and issue resolution. Conduct ongoing audits of asset allocations and account structures to ensure accuracy and prevent misuse or unnecessary spend. Prepare reporting dashboards and provide leadership with insights on spend trends and asset performance. Key Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in asset management, spend analysis, financial operations, or technology operations. Strong understanding of ServiceNow, corporate account structures, multi?line billing, and vendor?managed service models. Proven ability to analyze large datasets and reconcile complex account records with accuracy. Experience using asset management systems, financial tracking tools, or enterprise technology platforms. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data cleansing. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify irregularities and inconsistencies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non?technical teams. Ability to thrive in fast?paced, high?visibility environments while appropriately handling confidential information. Preferred Qualifications
Background supporting technology operations, corporate account administration, or multi?department spend oversight. Experience partnering with external vendors or service providers on billing, usage, or account?related issues. Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes or asset lifecycle management methodologies.
