Position Summary
The Walmart Connect Sales Strategy and Enablement Team is seeking a highly analytical, collaborative, and execution-oriented Manager who is passionate about digital advertising and e-commerce. In this role, you will support senior leaders and drive key cross‑functional initiatives that strengthen proactive account management, insights generation, and operational excellence across Walmart Connect’s Agency, Media, and Channel partners. You will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Analytics, and Product to deliver data‑driven recommendations and execute strategic programs that accelerate partner and business growth. This role requires strong analytical rigor, clear and effective communication, and the ability to manage complex projects with precision and collaboration.
What you’ll do
Deliver data‑driven analysis and insights to support business strategies by assessing ongoing analytical needs, synthesizing findings, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure consistent, accurate, and actionable recommendations.
Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives by translating insights into business plans, communicating priorities, and adapting recommendations based on performance and stakeholder feedback.
Manage and execute cross‑functional projects by defining requirements, building workflows and timelines, coordinating across teams, and ensuring deliverables are completed with quality, efficiency, and operational rigor.
Enhance business processes and operational mechanisms by identifying performance gaps, proposing data‑informed improvements, and implementing process refinements that drive productivity and reduce defects.
Partner closely with analytics, CRM, and engineering teams to design and implement solutions that improve sales operations, data accessibility, partner support, and internal team workflows.
Leverage business analysis expertise to support the development, refinement, and adoption of action plans, advising stakeholders on best practices and ensuring the organization is equipped with clear documentation and guidance.
Ensure compliance and consistency across business processes by managing process controls, validating documentation, overseeing training materials, and tracking operational performance against defined standards.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
Demonstrated analytical rigor with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize data, and produce clear, actionable insights.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and present findings effectively.
Experience partnering with technical teams (CRM, Data Warehouse, Engineering) to support the design and implementation of sales operations tools and solutions.
Proficiency in evaluating sales processes for inefficiencies, identifying root causes, and recommending improvements grounded in data and operational logic.
Ability to communicate analytical findings and business recommendations clearly, concisely, and in a way that drives decision‑making.
Working knowledge of sales tools and processes, including Salesforce CRM systems, sales performance mechanisms, quota/territory management, and analytics, to support a world‑class Sales organization.
Ability to write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data with accuracy and speed.
Competence in supporting core Sales Operations processes such as account planning, quota and performance management, sales incentive programs, and data issue resolution.
Aptitude for strategic planning, operational execution, and project management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, operate with urgency, and lead initiatives from conception through execution.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally, drive alignment, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and shared accountability.

Salary and Compensation Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00 Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
