Overview Executive Client Partner - Financial Services The Executive Client Partner is a senior consulting leader responsible for owning executive client relationships and driving strategic, profitable growth across a portfolio of established Financial Services clients. This role partners closely with C-suite leaders to address complex business challenges, shape enterprise transformation agendas, and deliver measurable, long-term value.
As a critical growth hire, the Executive Client Partner expands and deepens strategic client partnerships, scaling accounts as clients increase investment in digital, data, and AI-driven transformation.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Growth
Serve as the primary relationship owner for major Financial Services accounts, maintaining trusted partnerships with senior client executives.
Develop and execute account strategies aligned to client priorities and firm objectives, with a focus on sustainable, profitable growth.
Drive multi-million-dollar revenue through new business development and expansion of existing client relationships.
Own overall account P&L, ensuring financial discipline across all engagements.
Strategic Advisory & Innovation
Advise clients on industry trends, regulatory developments, and evolving technology capabilities, including AI, cloud, and data platforms.
Partner with clients to shape transformation initiatives that modernize operations, enhance customer experience, and strengthen core capabilities.
Identify opportunities to introduce innovative approaches and offerings as client needs and the Financial Services landscape evolve.
Delivery Oversight
Provide executive-level oversight to ensure engagements meet quality, timing, and business outcome expectations.
Collaborate with delivery and practice leaders to proactively manage risk and resolve issues.
Thought Leadership & Market Engagement
Contribute to the firm’s perspectives on Financial Services trends and transformation.
Participate in industry forums and client-facing thought leadership efforts, as appropriate.
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in consulting or Financial Services leadership roles.
Proven success managing large, complex client relationships and transformation programs.
Strong understanding of Financial Services domains, including banking, capital markets, insurance, or payments.
Demonstrated experience driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships over time.
Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting client priorities.
Track record of building durable, trust-based executive relationships.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
