Manage and schedule social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging posts across various platforms. Stay informed on current social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and innovative. Identify and leverage rising influencers, trending sounds, and new content formats to enhance brand storytelling and outreach efforts. Support product launches by coordinating social media rollouts, activations, and content distribution, including handling product orders and mailing when needed. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics monthly to evaluate content effectiveness and guide strategic planning. Develop creative content and monitor social channels to maintain brand relevance in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, with an entrepreneurial mindset. Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty. Proactive, creative with strong attention to detail and design aesthetics. Able to multitask, stay organized, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Experience working with influencers or creators. Passion for beauty, skincare, pop/digital. Culture & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in influencers/social/PR/communications/contracts or related space. Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Capcut, Adobe). Fluency with analytics and interpreting data into creative, action-oriented insights. Strong understanding of major social platforms and their best practices. Experience creating content for social channels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Benefits & Perks
