Purpose

The Senior Salesforce Analyst will support the Commercial Analytics & Enablement team (CAE) by leading the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce ecosystem. This individual will drive platform adoption, ensure data governance and enable process improvements for Sales and Marketing stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines analytical, functional, and technical expertise with Salesforce best practices to deliver measurable business outcomes. This position will lead requirements gathering, process optimization, system enhancements, and cross-functional alignment as the Salesforce platform scales. The Senior Salesforce Analyst will be a key leader in development and adoption of agentic AI capabilities as the team implements TableauNext.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily Salesforce administration for sales and marketing teams, including user setup, roles, permissions, and data management Lead Salesforce and TableauNext training sessions A builder mindset: proactive, collaborative, and motivated to continuously improve systems, not just maintain them. In consultation with other CAE leaders, IT, and consultants, drive creation and adoption of agentic AI solutions targeted at margin enhancement Serve as primary architectural liaison between business stakeholders and IT Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to champion continuous process improvement by identifying inefficiencies, documenting workflows, making recommendations on improvements to the user experience and increasing system adoption. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and ad-hoc analyses supporting sales and engagement tracking Provide data-driven insights to drive strategic decision making across sales and marketing Partner closely with IT and business leaders to deliver new capabilities and system improvements Gather, analyze, and document end-to-end business requirements from stakeholders Identify and implement process improvements and workflow optimizations Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features Manage platform data integrity through regular audits, governance protocols, and internal controls Create user guides and deliver training to drive adoption and user proficiency Establish best practices for configuration, automation, and documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline or an equivalent amount of training, education, and experience 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience Salesforce Administrator certification Proven expertise in automation tools (especially Flow), Integration management (APIs, data flows, connected apps, third-party tools) and data governance practices Strong ability to evaluate business requests for technical feasibility and strategic alignment Ability to solve complex problems where limited standardization exists. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills Proven ability to operate autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

7+ years of Salesforce administration experience Additional Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator) Experience supporting multiple functional organizations in a sales-driven environment Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities Understanding of enterprise-level business processes and their impact on reporting and analytics Service-oriented mindset with commitment to user enablement and data integrity Work ET hours
