What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Design responsive user interfaces using Figma or Adobe XD, aligning with enterprise design systems
Apply Human Centered Design practices such as user interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing
Ensure compliance with Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards
Collaborate with developers to create scalable UI patterns that integrate with secure enterprise identity flows
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into Agile delivery cycles
What is Required (Qualifications):
3–6 years of experience supporting UX/UI or Human Centered Design efforts for enterprise or regulated web applications
Hands‑on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
Strong understanding of Section 508 and WCAG accessibility requirements
Experience designing user experiences for data‑heavy applications or analytics platforms
Bachelor’s Degree
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with secure authentication patterns such as CAC, SSO, or MFA within enterprise environments
Experience collaborating within Agile or SAFe delivery teams
Ability to translate complex workflows and stakeholder requirements into clear, usable interface designs
