Who We’re Looking For Much like the Mile High City, our daily tasks and roles are often an adventure. We’re looking for a self-starter who can collaborate with our various teams and contribute creative ideas and solutions. We are seeking an individual with mid-rise Type III or Type V multi-family housing experience to lead the Construction Administration phase for a large project slated to start construction this spring. At the outset, this will be a fully remote position but you will need to be based in the Denver Metro area for site visits.

Summary Leading Construction Administration through the processing and review of submittals, RFIs, and necessary revisions to the project’s contract documents for the current project. Performing periodic site visits to observe and document construction progress will also be required. Additionally, assist in preparing complete and accurate working plans and detailed drawings from rough or detailed sketches or notes for future projects.
Responsibilities
Active in the production of design documents, including: SD, DD, CD and CA.
Coordinating project consultants.
Independently performs a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity.
Performs analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies and limited design layouts.
Prepares project specifications, compiling and analyzing relevant data.
Writes reports and specifications.
Reviews completed reports, plans, estimates and calculations.
Strong collaboration and organizational skills are a must.
Hands-on approach and flexibility are a must.
Required Qualifications
B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited school of Architecture.
3 to 5 years of architecture practice experience (including at least 1 year of U.S. experience).
Strong design portfolio.
Other Requirements
Experience with Revit is preferred.
U.S. Architectural License preferred.
Other duties as assigned.
