Top Hat Chimney Sweeps has proudly served Auburn and the surrounding area for over 40 years. We help homeowners stay safe, warm, and confident through expert chimney, fireplace, and dryer vent services. We’re growing, and we’re looking for the right person to join our team in a key role: Inside Customer Sales & Service Representative / Dispatcher. This is not an order-taking position. We are not looking for someone who simply answers phones and gives pricing. We are looking for someone who can confidently listen to customers, ask great questions, understand the real problem, communicate with empathy and professionalism, guide the customer to the right next step, and book appointments that get results. If you enjoy helping people and you’re comfortable selling through service, you may be a great fit. What You’ll Be Doing

Answer inbound calls and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments Make outbound calls to existing customers to get them taken care of Dispatch and coordinate service appointments Use ServiceTitan daily to manage scheduling and customer communication Work closely with technicians and leadership to deliver a 5-star experience Pay and Benefits

Starting pay: $15/hour + bonuses Bonuses include: $10 per booked lead that gets completed Membership sales bonuses of $5, $20, or $30 depending on level Strong performers can earn significantly more than base pay Benefits: Paid training, PTO, insurance options available Growth opportunities in a stable, high-performing company Requirements

Experience using ServiceTitan (required) Strong phone communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized A coachable attitude and desire to improve Confidence guiding customers — not just taking orders Google Workspace experience is a plus Who This Role Is Perfect For
