Job Description Daily Responsibilities:
Will be taking inbound calls and processing premium payments.
Respond to high volume of inbound calls daily, 50-60 calls from members and providers
Achieve individual performance goals as it relates to call center objectives
Verification of eligibility
Qualifications
HS Diploma/GED
Must have call center/customer service experience
Experience assisting members with questions and setting them up with marketplace coverage, health plan/managed care experience!
Additional Information Hours: Monday-Saturday, 40 hours a week, staggered 8 hour shifts between 5am-8pm (3 weeks of training)
Pay rate: $13/hr
