
We are currently looking for an Ethics & Compliance Specialist. In this critical role, you will ensure the organization adheres to laws, regulations, and internal policies, while supporting compliance efforts in the healthcare sector. Your expertise will help identify potential non‑compliance risks and develop strategies to address them. You will be instrumental in drafting policies, processes, and training programs that promote compliance, all while collaborating with global teams to align practices. Fluency in German and English is required to effectively communicate compliance requirements across various regions.
Accountabilities
Identifying and evaluating potential global risks of non‑compliance and developing mitigation strategies.
Responding to requests for compliance approval for events and activities across the EMEA region.
Preparing detailed reports, presenting findings, and making recommendations for improvement to management.
Regularly reviewing and updating internal compliance policies and procedures to align with changing regulations.
Collaborating with global departments to ensure compliance processes are aligned and providing training to employees on compliance‑related issues.
Acting as a subject matter expert and communicating global and local compliance requirements.
Assisting with investigations into compliance breaches.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as law.
3-7 years experience in a compliance role in the healthcare sector.
A strong understanding of relevant regulations and proficiency with compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Business fluent German and English skills.
