TheIntegrated Social and Communicationsteamaims to grow ouriconic brands with exceptional creative, content and communications strategies.This newly formed teamis charged withchampioning our brands and growing brand lovein the social spacewith fans across the US.

Thisposition is for a core member of ourSocialteam responsible for leading contentstrategyfor social mediaplatforms including TikTok,Instagram, Pinterest,YouTubeandFacebook.In this role,you’lllive at the intersection ofcommunications strategyandinternet culture todelivercreative contentthrough toexecution and measurement.The person who will be successful in this position is motivated to make an impact,an exceptional storyteller, curious and passionate aboutcultureandchronically online.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadsocialcontentstrategyforkey platforms, including but not limited toTikTok, Instagram, Pinterest,YouTubeandFacebook

Manage an agile team of in-house content creators to deliver impactful social content that is on strategy and aligns to brand positioning

Manage andensure execution of socialcontent calendarsfor multiple brands

Identifyandleveragetrends in social media and culture to activatefor key brands

Steward the execution of social brand playbooks ensuring adherence to brandtone of voice,personalityand equity

Influence our approach to organic contentcreationso that weoperateat the speed of culture

Measure andoptimizeour creative assets and executions

Analyzeand report oncontent performance against social media KPIs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand,Media, PR,Agencies) to ensure consistent messaging

Support the broaderIntegrated Social and Communications teamwith ad-hoc projects on an as-needed basis

Total Rewards

Salary Range: $86,000 - $145,000

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement

Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in marketing, communications or advertising

7-10 years of experience in social strategy at a brand or agency (previous agency experience highly preferred)

Previous people management experience required

Proven ability to translate brand positioning and communications strategy to impactful social execution with examples of social media strategy results on key platform and brand KPIs

Deep knowledge of social trends and proven ability to work with content creators to execute content that resonates with consumers at scale

Strong thought leadership as it relates to key social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X and/or Pinterest) and best practices for content execution within

Experience in Community Management preferred

Experience in managing Content Calendars for multiple brands

Experience with Social Media Management tools like Sprinklr, YouScan, Sprout Social etc.

Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, reacting with sound judgement and often without specific direction
