Responsibilities
Meet with guests and advise/educate them through the vehicle purchasing process.
Personalize every interaction with guests whether they are internet leads, referrals, return guests, or walk-ins.
Serve as an educated guide by staying informed of new products, features, and accessories as well as their benefit to guests.
Successfully set up and deliver vehicles after the purchase process is complete.
Assist in troubleshooting vehicle technology features and setting up Toyota Connected Services.
Continuous education on all new products, features and accessories with Toyota, TCUV and pre‑owned vehicles. Attend product and training courses.
Duties as become assigned by Team Leaders.
Basic Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
Ability and desire to create a world‑class guest experience in every interaction.
Ambition and drive to accomplish individual goals and provide an excellent level of service.
