Drive actionable insights and recommendations

Analyze digital engagement, conversion, and e-commerce performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of friction. Synthesize findings into clear insights with practical, prioritized recommendations that inform product, marketing, and experience optimization. Conduct ad-hoc and exploratory analyses to answer complex business questions and support decision-making.

Strategic stakeholder partnership

Partner with product, marketing, technology, and business teams to understand goals, success metrics, and decision needs. Lead recurring and executive-facing reporting that highlights key insights, business impact, and recommended actions—not just metrics. Act as a trusted advisor, helping teams interpret data and understand implications for strategy and execution.

Measurement strategy & data quality

Define and evolve measurement frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics aligned to business objectives. Provide technical direction for customer analytics, experimentation, and testing scenarios. Identify data capture, tracking, and reporting gaps; proactively recommend and implement improvements.

Reporting & visualization

Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations that tell a clear story, surface insights, and drive action. Ensure reporting is accurate, scalable, and aligned to stakeholder needs while continuously improving clarity and usability.

Education & Experience Requirements

Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in a digital analytics, business intelligence, or related role. Experience writing basic SQL and working with large datasets in a data warehouse environment. Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using modern analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Tableau, Power BI). Advanced experience with digital tagging and tracking, including web pages, product features, e-commerce checkout flows, cross-domain tracking, calls-to-action, and funnels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate data into

clear insights and actionable recommendations . Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting insights to non-technical and executive audiences. Strong collaborator with the ability to build and maintain cross-functional partnerships. Preferred 2+ years of experience working within Adobe's MarTech stack, specifically Adobe Analytics and/or Customer Journey Analytics. Familiarity with analytics governance, tracking standards, and measurement best practices. Physical Requirements

This position operates in a typical office environment and requires the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Hybrid Schedule (3 Days In-Office / 2 Days Remote):

This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with Tuesday through Thursday in office and Monday and Friday remote. Employees must be available during standard business hours, with core hours beginning between 8:00-9:00 a.m. and concluding between 5:00-6:00 p.m. local time. #LI The hiring range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. SHRM offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package.
