You will manage IP matters, handle 450 billable hours annually, maintain dockets and case files, and draft, edit, and proofread documents with accuracy while coordinating communications and attending status meetings. Responsibilities include managing client estimates and invoices, supporting engagement letters and intake, coordinating travel and CLE tracking, and assisting with litigation tasks, including document production, database setup, timelines, and occasional travel. Proficiency in IP docketing systems, inTapp Time Entry, Chrome River, iManage, Adobe, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
