Key Accountabilities
Maintain all documentation for applications, development and operations as needed by an implementation
Proficient in maintaining good records
Good written and verbal skills. Must be able to communicate well with customers, management and fellow employees
Flexibility to meet current demands within time constraints
Proficient in one or more of Smart IS's technical practice fields and must have the ability to learn additional technical skills as directed
Basic business knowledge in their area of coverage
Understanding of the software development life cycle
Ability to work together with others to accomplish a common goal
Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science
Bachelor's Degree in another field plus four years of related business experience
Minimum of 4 years of related I.S. work experience
