Salary: $200,000 - $280,000 per year

Job Details We are seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with experience handling IP‑related disputes, particularly patent matters. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical subject matter, courtroom strategy, and partnering closely with clients and colleagues on high‑stakes litigation.

What You’ll Do

Handle a wide range of IP litigation tasks with a focus on patent litigation

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive IP litigation documents

Support fact and expert discovery, including depositions and technical analysis

Work closely with partners, clients, and technical experts on case strategy

Conduct legal research and assist with oral advocacy preparation

Manage deadlines, filings, and case logistics across multiple active matters

What We’re Looking For

Experience in IP litigation from a leading law firm (required)

Background or academic training in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics (preferred)

Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

Outstanding academic credentials

Ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple workstreams independently

Interest in developing technical and strategic litigation skills
