
Under the direction of the WIC Technology Administration Director, the Lead Business Analyst will:
Perform business and gap analysis
Translate current MIS functionality into system requirements
Track and report project milestones
Identify and escalate risks and issues
Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment
Minimum Required Experience (10+ Years):
Business analysis including requirements elicitation & documentation Knowledge of Project Management Framework Functional specifications and requirements documentation Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills Accuracy in documenting regulatory/system requirements Preferred Experience:
Government or regulatory compliance experience (5+ years) Project management experience (5+ years) Team leadership experience (5+ years) Policy interpretation and translating regulations into system requirements Experience with MIS systems in large organizations PMI-PBA or IIBA CBAP certification (Preferred)
