Job Details Position: Customer Experience Representative

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication: answer inbound calls promptly, set up appointments, and provide accurate information about HVAC and plumbing products and services.

Sales & Promotions: make outbound calls to promote services and current promotions, and sell Sadie Guard Dog protection plans.

Account Setup & Maintenance: create new customer accounts and keep detailed notes to maintain scheduling accuracy.

Follow‑Up: respond quickly to customer inquiries, emails, and leads, ensuring customers stay informed on offerings.

Customer Relationships: build positive relationships by listening to needs, routing calls, and addressing concerns promptly.

Team Collaboration: complete assigned projects from leadership and help keep team aligned with company service and sales goals.

Qualifications

1 year of customer service experience, preference for prior roles in home services such as plumbing, electrical, garage door, patio, window install, appliance repair, HVAC.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to type 30+ WPM.

Proficiency in Windows‑based programs, strong sales orientation, passion for customer service.

Schedule: one weekend per month on call.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting with some standing, bending, and lifting up to 15 pounds. Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
