Job Description
Design, automate, and optimize AI-driven outbound BDR programs.
Lead and develop BDRs through coaching, enablement, and performance feedback.
Own pipeline analytics, forecast accuracy, and GTM KPI reporting.
Build dashboards and deliver data-driven insights to revenue leadership.
Partner with GMs to scale best practices across the GTM organization.
Optimize CRM workflows and maintain a clean, automated sales environment.
Manage and enhance the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, and engagement platforms.
Drive process improvements and automation across the customer journey.
Partner cross-functionally to develop ROI-driven customer case studies.
Provide first line support for sales systems, processes, campaign execution, and workflow troubleshooting.
Position Requirements
Experience in Sales Operations, BDR leadership, RevOps, or related roles.
Hands-on expertise with modern GTM tools and AI-enabled sales technologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Passion for automation, workflow optimization, and system design.
Builder mindset with a focus on experimentation and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
