Position Overview As a Customer Support Representative at Rooftop Power, you'll be a key connection between our customers and internal teams. You'll assist homeowners with questions about their solar systems, appointments, and service needs while providing a friendly, professional experience every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, emails, and messages from customers
Answer questions related to solar installations, system status, and service requests
Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal departments
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Resolve basic customer concerns and elevate issues when appropriate
Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication
Support the operations and sales teams with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
No prior experience required (training provided)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
Strong attention to detail and organization
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
