Responsibilities
Serve as a phone agent to call and engage Regent alumni
Build an excellent understanding of alumni data within the CRM and other systems
Ensure proper recording and documentation of alumni contact information and payment information within the CRM and other systems
Pray with and for alumni over the phone
Serve as support staff for Advancement and Alumni events
Contribute to the Alumni Engagement department and promote a teamwork environment
Requirements
High school diploma
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment
Must have excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new software systems and databases
Must be detail-orientated, organized, and able to work independently in team settings
Must have exceptional customer service skills
