What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Identify ongoing educational and project needs, creating and overseeing key learning events

Provide leadership and management to team members focused on training operations

Develop and optimize training schedules and resource allocation

Lead ongoing efficiency improvements in vendor and consultant payments

Create and present customized digital technical content and training strategies

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in medical device sales and clinical field training leadership

People management experience, including performance management and coaching

Ability to travel up to 50% for training and field activities

Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Advanced facilitation and presentation skills

Track record of successful project and program management

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and related systems

Knowledge of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology, and physiology

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
