What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Elicit and document business and system requirements for Salesforce Health Cloud enhancements
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and requirements
Create user stories, process flows, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and functional specifications
Manage backlog refinement in collaboration with Product Owners
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and defect triage, ensuring solution accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
6–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience supporting Salesforce platforms, with a preference for Health Cloud
Strong understanding of CRM workflows and patient engagement processes
Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments
Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Salesforce certifications are a plus
Experience in regulated enterprise environments
